NEW FEATURE

Edit attributes cross catalog

Thanks to this feature, the work of copywriters and translators becomes even faster!
In fact, it is now possible to simultaneously edit product attributes in common with other catalogs:

1. Open the Detail Panel of the product or products you want to edit
2. Use the “Select Catalog” selector to select one or all catalogs to work on.
3. Now you will be able to simultaneously edit fields in common with selected catalogs.

When the “Cross-catalog” mode is on, the icons and the catalog selector label turn blue.
However, it is possible that some fields may not be in common with all of the selected catalogs; inthis case the counter, located at the top right of each field, helps you figure it out by reporting the number of catalogs matched against the selected ones (e.g., 1/2). At the counter hover you can also see what catalog is not matched to that attribute.

NEW FEATURE

Conditional attributes

We introduced conditional attributes, that is, those dictionary attributes that, given a selected value, condition list of values of the next dictionary attribute.

For example, if from the Macrocolor field, I select the value “RED,” from the list of the next attribute (in this case Microcolor) I will be able to choose exclusively from the values that are matched with the heat “RED,” i.e., “SCARLET RED,” “PURPLE RED,” etc.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT

Redesigned main bar

The new organization allows for better use of the tools present:
To the left of the MainBar is visible the company name, which becomes a dropdown in case you need to switch between companies. Next to the company name we find the menu to navigate the various sections. Grouped to the left instead, we find notifications related to editing product information: assignment/quote notifications, video conferencing, information about the latest updates and SeeCommerce copyright, and finally the personal profile.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT & NEW FEATURE

Redesigned Set Management

The management of all Sets (Filter Set, Column Set, Fields Set) has been improved.
For all there is a “Create a new Set” button with which you can start, from scratch, to create your first set or subsequent sets.
Clicking on “Create a new Set” then opens the editing panel in which you can name the set and choose all the attributes that are part of it. The latter are easily searchable and organized by type (Master, Planning, Editorial. etc.). Once the configuration is complete, with the “return” button ,top right, you save your selection and return to the main screen where you can possibly configure another set.
All sets are always editable, can be deleted and duplicated.

Filter Set: saving of the applied filter, specific to Set

A very useful new feature has been introduced to the Filter Set to make it even more functional: as of today, any enhanced filter is saved in the set to which it belongs. In this way it is possible to have multiple Sets with different searches, which remain saved until changed.

In the filter set, attributes enhanced for searching are always recognizable through an icon. When they are enhanced, they cannot be removed.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT

“Upload Media After Ready” Badge

The design of the Badge useful to indicate that a specific View, already containing a media ready, has been loaded with a new Media has been updated.
You can easily recognize this case today since a yellow badge with the world crossed out will be visible in the grid.
